Artists and museum educators introduce our younger visitors to modern and contemporary art in an accessible and engaging environment. Each session includes guided museum tours followed by hands-on workshops based on the theme of the day.

Note: all Rasmus programs are conducted in Norwegian (translation in English is available upon request).

Art, religion and Damien Hirst

Religion has been a common theme in art for several centuries, and the artist Damien Hirst is also preoccupied with this. But how can a canvas filled with real butterfly wings or a medicine cabinet be linked to religion? Come along to the Rasmus Club when we investigate Damien Hirst’s whimsical world!
