Get to know the newest addition to Oslo’s artist-run galleries! On Thursday 1 December artist Ida Ekblad (f.1980) and journalist and editor Marie-Alix Isdahl Voisin (f.1988) will present their new gallery SCHLOSS.

The lecture will be conducted in Norwegian.

SCHLOSS is an exhibition space located in a former Porsche workshop in Sofienberg, Oslo. Artist Ida Ekblad and journalist Marie-Alix Isdahl Voisin founded the space in March 2016. In their lecture, Ekblad and Voisin will present SCHLOSS' profile, previous exhibitions, video clips and future projects.

Marie-Alix Isdahl Voisin is CEO of SCHLOSS. Previously she has worked as a journalist for Morgenbladet and as an editor of NATT & DAG.

Ida Ekblad has had several exhibitions since 2006, where her works have been exhibited in prestigious institutions such as the New Museum, Palais de Tokyo and the Venice Biennale, in addition to a solo exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Oslo in 2013. Ekblad is also represented in the Astrup Fearnley Collection.
